Schedule for Presenters

August 15	Deadline of Abstract Submission
The end of September	Corresponding authors will be notified by email of - the evaluation result - if travel support is given or not (for young presenters only) The tentative program will be shown at Program page
During October	- Registration and fee payment - The receipt and an invitation letter will be sent to registered participants. - Specific documents will be provided upon request. - The presenter must be determined if it's not the first author.
October 23	Deadline of Registration & fee payment for presenters with travel support
October 31 *	Deadline of Registration & fee payment for other presenters * If you anticipate a delay in payment, please contact the secretariat with the reason.
Late November	Please check the final program.

Presentation Guideline for Presenters

• Your oral presentation time is 20 min (presentation 15 min; Q&A 5 min)
• Please upload your presentation files (PowerPoint file) to the shared folder of your session with the file name as "Abstract ID_Presenter FamilyName_GivenName" in such way as:
  
  　“A-000_Tippawan_Singhopon”
  by Dec 8th (Thu).
  Please check the program of your presentation before upload.
• Each session room will be equipped with a laptop PC, a screen, microphone, and a projector.
• Internet connection will not be available in conference rooms.
• PCs will be equipped with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and PowerPoint 2016.
• Fonts installed in laptops are only standard ones.
• Please do not bring your presentation on a laptop as switching computers between presentations so as not to cause delays in the sessions.

Invitation to the Special Issue

This symposium is in collaboration with the Special Issue "Sustainable Water Supply, Sanitation and Wastewater Systems" in Water. We welcome submission of full papers from participants and non-participants of the SEAWE-13 symposium.

• Submission deadline is 30th June 2023　extended to 15 December 2023.
• "Water" is a peer-reviewed, open access online journal. Papers accepted after peer review will be published online within a week.
