14 August Deadline of Abstract Submission
Late September We will email corresponding authors;
- Notification of acceptance (oral presentation or flash talk)
- Selection result of Financial Assistance for Selected Young Presenters
 (travel support for presenters under 35 years old)
During October - Registration and fee payment
- Participants will be able to request an invitation letter required for VISA application etc. from the Registration and Fee Payment form.
- The receipt will be emailed to registered participants.
- Specific documents will be provided upon request.
- The presenter must be determined if it's different from abtract submission form.

Presentation Guideline for Presenters new!

  • Presentation Duration:
    • Oral Presentations: Limited to 10 minutes, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.
    • Flash Talks: Limited to 5 minutes, with no Q&A session. (Flash talk presenters only)
    • Please ensure your presentation fits within the allocated time to allow for questions and smooth transitions between presenters.
  • Submission Deadline:
    Presentation files must be submitted by November 28th.
  • File Submission:
    Upload your PowerPoint file here using the following naming format:
    "Abstract ID_Name"
    (e.g., A-000_Smith Alex).
  • Presentation Format:
    For optimal display, use a 16:9 aspect ratio for your PowerPoint slides. If your presentation contains multimedia (audio or video), ensure files are properly embedded and tested on a Windows PC prior to submission.
  • Laptop Usage:
    To ensure smooth transitions and avoid delays, you will not be able to present using your own laptop. All presenters must use the equipment provided.
  • Software and Fonts:
    The provided laptops will run Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 on Windows 10/11. Only standard system fonts are available, so please avoid using custom fonts to ensure compatibility.
  • Internet Access:
    Internet access will be available in the conference rooms.
